Some of the information we gather at this briefing includes
the purpose and ultimate use of the images. The type of portrait that works best on a website may be different to the type of portrait that is needed for a media kit, brochure or framed picture in the office foyer.
if there are any technical considerations to be aware of such as corporate identity specifications if the photographs are to be used in a specific publication.
any props that may be beneficial such as branded coffee mugs, business cards, signature giveaway items or other marketing collateral.
your business values and / or positioning statement to ensure the image / message of the portraits is aligned with the brand.
key words describing the image you wish to portray and message you wish to convey.
preference for location of the photo shoot - your place, our place or somewhere in-between
the target market/s of your business.
During the photo session, we create a comfortable and fun environment. This helps people to feel at ease, forget about the camera and encourage a more natural look from the subjects.
And because we have done all the pre-planning, the session runs seamlessly, ensuring all the required angles, positions, configurations and locations are covered within the allocated timeframe.
When your images are ready, we meet with you to go through them or we can send you a link to view them online at your leisure. Once you have made your selections, they will be provided as high resolution jpeg files on a CD or sent via email.
